7. International Transfers

Personal data may be transferred to the United States, where Google Cloud and some processors operate. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and comparable safeguards.


8. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: retained while account is open.

  • Deleted accounts or inactivity: all personal data and chat logs are permanently erased after 3 months (90 days) unless longer retention is required by law.


9. Your Rights

Under GDPR and other laws you may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and request portability. To exercise rights, email coach@intend.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus) or your local authority.


10. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), scoped access controls, and annual penetration tests.


11. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If we learn we have done so, we will delete the data promptly.


12. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We currently do not set any first‑party cookies. We may introduce essential cookies in the future and will update this Policy accordingly.


13. Changes to This Policy
